Precision Medicines. Designed Differently.

Developing isoform-selective therapeutics for oncology through precision covalent drug discovery

Precision Where Biology Demands It

Closely related protein isoforms can perform fundamentally different biological functions, yet their high structural similarity makes selective drug development challenging.

Agneya BioSciences is developing a new approach to this problem by identifying non-conserved, chemically addressable regions that distinguish disease-driving protein isoforms from closely related family members.

We use these differences to design precision covalent therapeutics with the goal of achieving greater molecular selectivity while preserving the function of closely related proteins
